Amanda
has joined the Owen Funeral Home staff as a licensed funeral director
and embalmer in both Kentucky and Indiana. Born in Frankfort, Kentucky,
she grew up on a thoroughbred horse farm in Lexington.
After graduating from Bourbon County High School in 2000, she attended
the University of Kentucky until finding her passion in funeral
service. Amanda has been in funeral service since 2003 and is a
2005 graduate of Mid-America College of Funeral Service where she
was awarded the 2005 Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky scholarship.
She is also a 2007 graduate of Ottawa University where she earned
her B.A. in Management.
Amanda resides in Louisville and is married to Stephen Keith with Keith Monument Company. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys antique
shopping, cooking, golf and time with her family.
