William B. Longest
Funeral Director

William joined the Owen Funeral Home staff in 1957. He is also affiliated with Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road and the Jeffersontown location at 9318 Taylorsville Road. He has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for the state of Kentucky since 1961. He is the secretary and treasurer of Owen Funeral Home and a member of the Southeast Christian Church, Boaz Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Kosair Charities of Kentucky and South Park Country Club.

William has been married to his wife, the former Lois "Jane" Ouzts, since 1962. They have two daughters, Julie Hagood and Paula Schuler. William has lived in Louisville since 1936. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy in the Korean War.
