Jack Daniel Duffy, Jr., 71 of Louisville KY, passed away, Thursday, October 21, 2021. Jack was born June 12, 1950, in Louisville KY, to his parents Margaret and Jack Duffy. “He was a loyal Coca-Cola employee for over 30 years” He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, enjoyed spending time at the VFW, and was an avid UK Sports fan. Most importantly he loved spending time with his friends and family. He was very thankful for his wonderful neighbors. He was preceded in death by his parents Margaret and Jack Duffy; sister, Beverly Ann Bishop; and significant other, Jane Bradly Duffy Traylor. He is survived by his niece, Jackie Schembari (Anthony); Nephew Danny Bishop (Shannon); Significant other’s son, Rex Traylor; and many loving nieces, nephews; great - nieces; great – nephews; and friends. Donations may be made to the Hosparus Health, c/o development department, 3532 Ephraim McDowell Drive, Louisville, 40205. Services will be held Wednesday October 27, 2:00pm, at Owen Funeral Home – Dixie Highway, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held the same day from 10:00am, until time of the service at the funeral home.
