Joseph “Joe” Everett Mullins, Jr., 65, passed away Wednesday November 10, 2021. Joe was retired from Audubon Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Ann (Black) and Joseph Everett Mullins, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lisa (Farris) Mullins; children, Chad Mullins (Heather), Amie Wesley, Brad Mullins, and Craig Mullins; brothers, Terry Mullins, Bobby Mullins, Kenny Mullins (Michelle) and Brian Mullins; sisters, Diane Howell (Steve), Janet Turpen (Irvine), Patty Brown (Kenny), and Lynne Mullins, and grandchildren, Karis, Kerrik, Noah, Jackson, Brenna, Taylor, and Eli. His funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Western High School Alumni Association at westernalumni.org.
