Olga (Petercsak) Booher

BOOHER, Olga Elizabeth Magdeline (Petercsak), 87, of Louisville, passed away January 1, 2022. Olga was a native of Windsor, Ontario, born to the late Andrew and Elizabeth Petercsak. She attended public school at Prince Edward and went on to graduate as Valedictorian of her class at WD Lowe Vocational. She worked in administration in the auto industry, having worked for companies such as Ford, Chrysler, and Chevrolet. She instructed at Christopher Leadership Course, as well as Dale Carnegie. Later, Olga went on to be the General Manager of Jim Booher Chevrolet. She was also on the Board of Directors for the University of Louisville, as well as many other charities. Olga is survived by her husband of 65 years, Jim Booher; nephews, Steve Booher and Charlie Booher (Mary); foster brother, Frank Czedula; and numerous friends, including her dear friend, Betsy Skiles. Memorial visitation will be 2pm-5pm Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road.
