Sarah Frances Knoop, 78, of Louisville, KY, passed away, November 22nd, 2021. Sarah was born in Louisville KY, August 24th, 1943, to her parents Juanita and Carl Hiltz. She was a homemaker and spent her time making sure her children were taken care of. Sarah loved her family and enjoyed every moment she shared with them. Her memory will be cherished by those whose lives she touched along her journey. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald Knoop; son, David Knoop; sisters Rita Purcell, and Carol Adcock. She is survived by her loving daughter Diana Knoop, nephews Paul, Nick, Clay, Aaron, and grandchildren, Jessica, Brayden, and Olivia. A graveside service will be held, 11:00am, Saturday November 27th, at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 1600, Newburg Road, Louisville, KY, 40205. Owen Funeral Home – Dixie Highway was entrusted with arrangements.
